Feedback on the purchase of three kaftans

Thank you for the opportunity to provide you with feedback on my purchase of three kaftans. I am not angry; just a bit disappointed.
Please note that for measurement of the length of each garment, I have measured from the shoulder seam to the bottom of the hem. In the case of 'Beach Vibes' there is no shoulder seam so it was from the crease in the shoulder to the bottom of the hem.

My feedback:
CHIC SUMMER BLOOMS: On checking the website, it states that it comes with an adjustable strap to adjust the size. Does that refer to the belt around the waistline? If yes, then that's OK. The length specified on the website states 120cm however, the actual length is 123cm. A big longer is preferable; i.e. 126cm.

HOLIDAY FLORALS: As per the website, if the strap to adjust the size is the tie around the waistline, that's fine. Length of 126cm is perfect, despite the website stating that it has a length of only 120cm.
Score: 5/5
BEACH VIBES: This is where the disappointment sets in. The garment I received is only 97cm long, with no adjustable strap; it's not a full length kaftan although the website states that it comes with an adjustable strap and is 120cm in length.
Score: 1/5. 1 is for the design on the garment.

I would love to receive the real BEACH VIBES full length kaftan as that garment is the first one that caught my eye when I accessed your website for the first time.

PS: For what it's worth, I stand at 5 feet 3 inches which is a pretty average height. For my height, a length of 126cm seems to be the ideal length. If at all possible, please standardise the kaftans to that length.
